1. General Provisions

1.1. This Distance Contract (hereinafter – the Terms) governs the legal relationship between SIA Findys, registration number 40203680129, legal address: Latgales iela 260 k-1 – 48, RΔ«ga, LV-1063, Latvia (hereinafter – the Seller), and the person placing an order at www.findys.lv (hereinafter – the Buyer).

1.2. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they are of legal age or have obtained parental or guardian consent.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. The version of the Terms that was valid at the time of purchase shall apply to the order.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. All prices displayed in the online store are indicated in Euro (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

2.2. Findys operates as an outlet store, therefore certain items may have limited availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will contact the Buyer to offer:

  • a replacement product, or
  • a full refund.

2.3. Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on screen and monitor settings.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. The Distance Contract is considered concluded once the Buyer has successfully completed payment for the order.

3.2. The Buyer may choose from the following payment methods:

Card Payments and Digital Wallets
Processed through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard and supported digital wallets).

Direct Bank Links
Provided through the payment platform makecommerce.lv.

3.3. When selecting direct bank payment, the personal data necessary to process the payment is transferred to the authorized payment processor Maksekeskus AS.

3.4. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1. Orders are delivered within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia using the following logistics partners:

  • Omniva parcel machines
  • Venipak courier services

4.2. The average delivery time is 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During sales campaigns or busy periods, delivery times may be longer.

4.3. Free delivery is available for orders above €50 within Latvia.

4.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete the withdrawal form available at: https://www.findys.lv/pages/atteikuma-veidlapa-withdrawal-formand send it to: info@findys.lv

5.3. Returned goods must be:

  • unwashed
  • unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with all original tags attached

5.4. Refunds (excluding delivery costs) are issued within 14 days after the Seller has received and inspected the returned goods.

6. Warranty and Claims

6.1. Consumers have the statutory right to submit a claim regarding non-conforming goods within 2 years from the date of delivery.

6.2. If a defect or issue is discovered, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible by sending:

  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the product
  • proof of purchase

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.

7.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved:
