That is why many products are available in only one size or one single unit, and once they are sold, the exact same model usually does not come back. If you see an item in your size, it may be the only one we have. We add new finds regularly, so Findys is always worth checking again.

What does “one-and-done” mean?

Many items in the Findys collection are available in only one piece or one size. This means that once an item is sold, it usually does not return to stock. An item is only reserved after the payment has been successfully completed, so it may disappear from your cart if another customer finishes their purchase faster. If a product page suddenly becomes unavailable, the item has most likely just been sold and automatically hidden from the store.

How can I find the right fit?

We list the size exactly as it appears on the manufacturer’s label. Since Findys carries items from many different brands, sizing can vary — for example, one brand’s size M may fit differently than another brand’s size M. If you already know how a specific brand fits you, we recommend using that as your guide. If you are unsure, you can compare the size with the brand’s official size chart.

What about shipping and returns?

We process orders as quickly as possible so your Findys finds can reach you soon. Delivery time and cost depend on the selected delivery method and destination country, and the exact details will be shown at checkout. If an item does not fit or is not the right choice, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it has not been worn and the original tags are still attached. For returns, contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
