Findys isn't like other online stores. We are a digital outlet offering unique, high-quality clothing at clearance prices. Because we usually only stock one of every item, shopping here is a bit of a sport. Here is how to make sure you secure your finds.
🛍️ How Findys Works
Why is there only one size available?
We operate on a "When it’s gone, it’s gone" basis. We source surplus stock, samples, and last-chance inventory from major brands. This means we typically receive a single unit of a specific item. If you see it in your size, that is likely the only one we have.
If an item sells out, will you get it back?
It is very unlikely. We almost never get the exact same piece twice. However, we drop new arrivals frequently, so there is always a new "Find" waiting for you.
Is the merchandise authentic?
100%. We guarantee that every item sold at Findys is authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and brand clearance channels.
Are these items new or second-hand?
Everything at Findys is Brand New. Items come with original tags (unless clearly noted otherwise in the description). We are an outlet, not a thrift store.
🛒 The "First Come, First Served" Rule
Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?
No. This is the golden rule of Findys. Because we only have 1 of each item, the product remains available to other customers until you complete the payment process. If someone else checks out 10 seconds faster than you, the item may disappear from your cart.
I clicked a product, but the page is gone (404 Error). What happened?
You likely just missed it! To keep our site easy to browse, our system automatically hides products the moment they are sold. If the page disappears, the item has found a new home.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders extremely quickly to ensure you get your goods fast. If you need to make a change, email us immediately. If the order has already been packed, we cannot change it, but you are welcome to return it once it arrives.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do I know if an item will fit?
We list the size exactly as it appears on the manufacturer's tag. Since we stock many different brands, sizing can vary significantly (e.g., a "Medium" in a luxury Italian brand often fits smaller than a "Medium" in a US streetwear brand).
- Know Your Brands: If you are familiar with how a specific label fits you, that is your best guide.
- Check the Brand's Chart: If you are unsure, we recommend doing a quick Google search for that specific brand’s official size guide.
Do you provide specific measurements (length, width, etc.)?
Due to the high volume of unique items we process daily, we are unable to provide individual measurements for each piece. We list the item based strictly on the tag size provided by the manufacturer.
What if it doesn't fit?
Don't worry! We understand that buying without trying on can be difficult. If you receive an item and the fit isn't right, you are welcome to return it within 14 days for a refund.
📦 Shipping & Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We know that buying unique items online can be tricky. You have 14 days to return an item for a refund.
- Important: Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
How much is shipping?
"Free shipping on orders over € 50," or "Flat rate €2.95".
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). Once it leaves our warehouse, standard delivery usually takes 1 business day.
💡 Pro-Tips for Shopping at Findys
Filter First: Don't browse the whole catalog. Use the topbar filter to select Only Your Size. There is no point falling in love with a jacket that is three sizes too small!
Be Quick: If you love it, check out. We cannot hold items.
New Drops: We add new stock regularly. The best items usually go within the first few hours of being listed.
