How Findys Work
4 questionsWhy is only one size available?

We operate on a "when it's gone, it's gone" basis. We source excess stock, samples, and last-chance items from major brands. That means we typically receive just one unit of any given item. If you see it in your size, it's most likely the only one we have.
If an item sells out, will you restock it?
Very unlikely. We almost never source the exact same item twice. That said, we add new finds regularly β so there's always something new waiting for you.
Are the items authentic?
Popular
100%. We guarantee that every item sold at Findys is authentic. We source directly from authorised distributors and official brand channels.
Are the items new or used?
Everything at Findys is brand new. Items come with their original tags attached (unless clearly stated otherwise in the description). We are an outlet store, not a secondhand shop.

3 questionsDoes adding an item to my cart reserve it?
Popular
No. This is the golden rule at Findys. Since we only have one unit of each item, it remains available to other shoppers until you complete checkout. If someone else checks out 10 seconds faster than you, the item may disappear from your cart.
I clicked on a product, but the page is gone (404 error). What happened?
You probably just missed it! To keep our site easy to browse, our system automatically hides products the moment they sell out. If the page disappears, the item has found a new home.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly to make sure you receive your items fast. If you need to make a change, email us immediately. If the order is already packed, we won't be able to modify it β but you can return it once it arrives.
Sizing & Fit
3 questionsHow do I know if something will fit?
We list the size exactly as shown on the manufacturer's label. Since we carry many different brands, sizing can vary significantly β for example, a luxury Italian brand's "Medium" is often smaller than a US streetwear brand's "Medium".
Know your brands β if you know how a specific brand fits you, that's your best guide. If you're unsure, we recommend a quick Google search to find that brand's official size chart.
Do you provide specific measurements (length, width, etc.)?
Since we handle a high volume of unique items every day, we're unable to provide individual measurements for each piece. We list items strictly based on the size stated on the manufacturer's label.
What if it doesn't fit?
No worries! We understand that buying without trying can be tricky. If you receive an item and it doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Yes. You have 14 days to return an item for a full refund.
Important: Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over β¬50, or a flat rate of β¬2.95.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 24β48 hours (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery typically takes 1 business day after dispatch from our warehouse.
