Refund policy
1. 14‑day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item, without giving any reason. To start a return, send us a clear statement or our withdrawal form before the deadline.
2. How to start a return
Always contact us first at findysoutlet@gmail.com to obtain return approval and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
3. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature/characteristics/ functioning or if tags/packaging are missing, we may deduct a reasonable value reduction.
4. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for sealed items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks) once the seal/tag is broken. Customized or clearly personalized items are non‑returnable. Final sale items are generally not accepted for return except in case of non‑conformity or defects. This does not affect your statutory 14‑day withdrawal right for online purchases where no legal exception applies.
6. Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back at our warehouse (Krasta iela 103, Rīga, LV‑1019) or you provide evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. We refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option (if any). Extra charges for express/priority delivery are not refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at findysoutlet@gmail.com.
7. Return shipping costs
Unless we made a mistake or the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
